Analysis of cellular composition of leukocytic platelet plasma with special regard to stem cells and hematopoietic lines - preliminary results

The aim of the study is to analyze the cellular composition of the bovine plasma for the presence of stem cells from the hematopoietic line and the source of the vessel. The surface molecules CD3, CD19, CD33, CD45, CD56, HLA DR and CD34 were determined. Analysis of the leukocytic line showed that the number of progenitor cells increased more than 5 times during the separation of cells. Significant concentration of thrombocytes, leukocytes and stem cells has been demonstrated.
