Low back pain is one of the most frequent causes of the adult sickness. The study concerns the results of clinical application of the interspinous stabilizer inSWing in 488 patients. In the majority of patients achieved clinical improvement. Stability has been proven in patients with neurogenic claudication, lumbar spine pain syndromes associated with diseases of intervertebral joints and / or intervertebral disc diseases, small symptomatic bulging of intervertebral discs, in a small degree of instability, the central and foraminal stenosis.
