Own modification of C1-C2 stabilization according to Gallie using Codubix material ??? case report

Authors presents a case of 25 year old male, pedestrian hit by a car. Patient underwent multiorgan injury: C2 odontoid fracture (type III), stable, with insignificant displacement into spinal canal, pulmonary contusion, lacerations of both elbows and right knee, fracture of lateral condyle of right femur. Surgical stabilization by C1-C2 arches ligature was performed in delayed period. In work indications, surgical method, radiological evaluation of stabilization and process of treatment are presented. In particular, own modification of Gallie C1-C2 stabilization method was described.
