Preliminary assessment of the spondylolisthesis comprehensive surgical treatment in lumbar spine

The publication presents the preliminary results of a comprehensive, six-stage surgical treatment of spondylolisthesis in lumbar spine in a group of 8 patients. Using of transpedicular stabilization and/or stabilization with special intervertebral multifunctional cages was discussed. It has been shown, that six-stage method of spondylolisthesis treatment DrRB (Distraction by rotation, - Reposition & Blockage) gives possibility of improving of treatment effectiveness with parallel increasing of patient’s safety.
