The interaction between Lumbar Back Pain (LBP) and physical activity in daily life in 18-24 years old young people

The paper aims to examine the interaction between lumber back pain and physical activity in the daily lives of young people who are 18-24 years old. The study included 200 subjects who did not use medication and who did not have any systemic chronic disease. IPAQ Short Form (International Physical Activity Questionnaire) and the Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire (ODQ) were used for data collection. The average age is 21,48. The surveys measured the impact of LBP in daily life and the Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values corresponding to the physical activity values alongside the frequency of daily activities. The medium age of the respondents was 21.48. 98 (49%) of them were male and 102 (5%) of them were female.
